Workshop scheduled for January 15, 2024, will focus on ‘Family Care of the Elderly.’
Three presentations will be held: “Civil liability for omission of reverse care”, “Family care of the elderly”, and “The legal-civil configuration of the duty of family care for the elderly: an unfinished task”.
